Seven ACTS of trademark infringement stipulated in the trademark law
1. Using the same trademark on the same commodity without the permission of the trademark registrant;
2, without the permission of the trademark registrant, used on the same kind of goods with similar trademark registered trademark, or on the similar products to use its registered trademark identical or similar trademarks, easy to cause confusion;
3. Selling goods that violate the exclusive right to use a registered trademark;
4. Forgery or unauthorized manufacture of other persons' registered trademark marks or sale of forged or unauthorized manufacture of registered trademark marks;
5. Replace the registered trademark without the consent of the trademark registrant and put the goods whose trademarks have been replaced into the market again;
6. Intentionally providing convenient conditions for the infringement of the exclusive right to use a trademark of others and helping others to implement the infringement of the exclusive right to use a trademark;
7. Causing other damage to the exclusive right to use a registered trademark of another person.
